Job Description:

The IT Supervisor is responsible for providing technical support guidance and supervision to aligned IT team(s). They assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the aligned IT team ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and services. The IT Supervisor oversees user support troubleshoots technical issues and coordinates with vendors as necessary. They also assist in implementing IT policies and procedures monitoring system performance and collaborating with the IT Manager to execute IT : Preferred: Associates degree in computer science information technology or a related : Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role or healthccare related experience. Prior experience in team leadership project coordination and customer support is preferred OR Associates degree in computer science information technology or a related : Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Proficiency in IT project management methodologies and tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making -depth understanding of IT applications systems infrastructure and operations. Knowledge of process analysis optimization and documentation. Strong communication and collaboration N/A
