What is the specific title of the position Senior Systems Analyst (Beaker CP/AP Analyst)
Work location (specify UHG/UHC/Optum location or remote/telecommute) Remote
Work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc) 9-5
Please provide a summary of the project/initiative that this candidate will be working on The candidate will support ongoing operations by monitoring interface work queues resolving help desk tickets and managing new lab test requests. They will also assist with smaller initiatives focused on maintenance and system optimizations.
Please describe the team the candidate will be working with - how many members There are 5 beaker analysts on the team. 2 of which will be focused solely on AP. There may be times they will work with the EpicCare Ambulatory and Resolute teams.
What is the break-down of the team skill sets (ex: 1 PM 4 Developers etc.) 1 Data Innovations Architect 2 Senior Analysts 2 Analyst II.
What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific background specific industry experience etc.) What skills/attributes are required (please be detailed as to number of years of experience for each skill) Healthcare IT background. 2-3 years of Epic Beaker build experience - Clinical Pathology and/or Anatomic Pathology.
What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart) Lab operations experience
