IT Software Procurement Analyst SaaS/Licensing/Vendor Contracts

Location: Phoenix AZ - Hybrid (34 weeks onsite training then 4 days remote)

Pay Rate: $34/hr W2

Start Date: July 6 2026

Duration: 1 year contract to hire

Deadline: June 23 2026 at 3pm

Required:

Minimum 3 years IT software procurement experience
IT Asset Lifecycle & Licensing SaaS PaaS IaaS models
Strategic negotiation SLAs data sovereignty clauses renewal caps
RFP/RFQ development for enterprise IT services
Local Phoenix AZ only city and state must appear on resume
No visa sponsorship must be eligible for FTE conversion
Available for in-person interview within 1 week of June 23
