IT Site Manager

As our IT SiteManager you will manage the technology operations and provide support to over1175residents and710staff at ourSeabrookSenior Living Community.Every day you willwalkthe campus to respond to resident or employee technical concerns handle equipment perform assigned project work and collaborate with your teams. You will beon-callfor occasional afterhoursplanned and unplanned events.

To thrive in this job you must enjoy working directly with a diverse group of people including residents staff corporate partners and seniorleadersto provide comprehensive technical support.We support many different technologies and systems and will provideyou withtraining so you can learn them too.This job is fully onsite with some travelto other Erickson Senior Living locations.

Werelooking for an IT Support Manager with experience

• Managing a staff of employees and prioritizing their work

• Managing the lifecycle of desktops laptops and phone systems while applying required security controls

• Troubleshooting networking issues to various endpoints

• Handling customer complaints with patience

• Training users on how to use technology

• Taking ownership of issues driving issues to resolution and managing shifting priorities

• Working in collaboration with team memberscustomersand vendors

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience $75000-$85000 per year plus eligibility for annual bonuses
