The IT Intern will be responsible for:
- Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to end-users troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of computer networks including routers switches and firewalls
- Assist with account and access administration directly and via the Azure cloud
- Participate in the development testing and evaluation of new software applications and systems
- Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
- Assist in the documentation of IT processes and procedures
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in information technology
The Intern will also learn about the following:
- Incident Management and end user support
- Cloud administration via Microsoft Azure (Entra Intune Autopilot etc.)
- Network and security
- Software development and integration
- IT Project Management
- IT operations and infrastructure
- User training and documentation
Skills/Requirements
- Currently enrolled and working toward completion of Bachelor or Graduate degree from an accredited university or college in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong interest in technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware software cloud AI and networking concepts
- Familiarity Microsoft 365 Windows 10/11 and full MS Office 365 suite
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills using tools such as Excel and PowerBi
- Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Professionalism and a strong work ethic

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now or in the future without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
