Job Summary
Exa is an applied AI lab building a search engine unlike the world has ever seen. We build massive-scale infra to crawl the entire web train state-of-the-art embedding models to process it and design super high performant vector databases to retrieve over it. We now power search for Cursor Cognition HubSpot and over 400000 developers and have raised $350m from Lightspeed Benchmark and a16z.

As an IT Engineer youd work on everything that keeps Exa running. From IT infrastructure and device management security compliance internal tooling and onboarding.
What Youll Do
Have experience working on end to end from device procurement MDM identity and access management and endpoint security
Help with office buildouts and operations as Exa scales
Help Exans troubleshooting different IT issues
Set up and manage AV and conference room infrastructure so the team can move fast without friction
Help make sure new Exans are set up during onboarding so everyone is productive from day one
What Were Looking For
Experience working in IT at a fast-growing startup
Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (SOC2 ISO 27001)
Experience with identity and access management
Has experience with AV and conference room infrastructure
