IT Analyst

Job Overview:

Our client is hiring an IT Analyst to support their manufacturing and operational technology (OT) environments. This role focuses on the deployment integration monitoring and troubleshooting of plant-floor applications and machine-level systems worldwide.

Please note this is a fully onsite role in Warsaw IN and requires up to 40% global travel. Prior experience in a manufacturing or plant-floor IT support environment is preferred.

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy and support OT/machine-level applications and systems

Install configure monitor and maintain manufacturing systems and infrastructure

Troubleshoot machine-integrated application and system issues

Support MOM/MES applications and system integrations

Assist with infrastructure maintenance monitoring and upgrades

Ensure compliance with system validation and quality processes

Collaborate with global manufacturing and IT teams

Travel up to 40% globally across AMER/EMEA/APAC manufacturing sites

Required Skills:

Experience supporting IT systems in manufacturing or industrial environments

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Experience with system deployment integration and infrastructure support

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience supporting manufacturing systems OT MOM or MES environments is highly preferred

Education/Experience:

Bachelors Degree with 2 years of relevant experience

OR

Associates Degree with 4 years of relevant experience

OR

High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience
