• 4 years as an Ironworker Foreman
  
• Can read erection drawings: piece marks grid lines elevations orientation and connection details
  
• Structural bolting: picking the right bolts and meeting tightening requirements
  
• Safe boom lift and telehandler operation including reading load charts
  
• Able to pass a drug test
  

Youll lead an ironworker crew on a large semiconductor project in North Phoenix thats ramping up fast keeping steel erection safe accurate and on schedule.

• Lead and direct ironworker crews day to day
  
• Use erection drawings to make sure the right steel members go in the right place
  
• Check connections stability and bracing before members are released from the crane
  
• Make sure bolting meets the drawings and specs
  
• Oversee safe use of boom lifts scissor lifts and telehandlers including fall protection
  
• Report progress and issues to the superintendents
