Position Title:Inventory Cycle CounterAssociate

Position Overview:

In this rolethe primary responsibility of the Cycle Counter is to perform daily inventory counts in assigned locationsin accordance withGrowves established cycle count procedures. This part-time position reports remotely to the Cost Accounting Manager and works closely with the on-site Warehouse Manager.

Objectives &Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts of inventory locationsin accordance withinternal policies andassistinestablishinginventory controls as needed.

• Review and resolve discrepanciesidentifiedduring cycle count activities.

• Maintainaccuraterecords of completed inventory counts.

• Collaborate with warehouse staff and leadership tolocatemissing materials and address procedural issues.

• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts cherry pickersand reachtrucks.

• Use inventory management tools such as Plex WMS Microsoft Excel and handheld scanning devices.

• Prepare andsubmita daily report summarizing counting activities.

Skills &Qualifications:

• Proficiencyin English

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail witha high levelof accuracy in counting and recordkeeping

• Ability to communicate and collaborate professionally both in person and online

• Ability to work independently and complete tasks ina timelyandaccuratemanner

• Ability to safelyoperatesit-down and stand-up forklifts

• Ability tolift upto 50 lbs.
