• Team of 2 physicians an APP and entire cardiology support staff

• ECHO cardiac imaging and nuclear medicine in suite Lab and imaging available on site Physician owned cath lab at ASC

• Up to $850k base gaurantee with $1M earning potential

Qualifications:

• MD or DO

• Board Eligible/Board Certified

• Illinois licensed or eligible
