International Operations Account Coordinator

The International Account Coordinator will be part of a lean highly collaborative team that manages a significant workload while maintaining a fast-paced results-driven environment. This position will partner closely with the Director of International Business and International Account Managers to support the execution of global business operations ensuring seamless order management logistics coordination regulatory documentation and a high standard of customer :Support the Director of International Business and the International Department in processing customer sales orders overseeing the fulfillment process from receipt through shipment maintain records of export orders including managing and organizing incoming orders for assigned customer shipments and pick-ups collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate complete and manage shipping documentation and related export materials in a timely and update files spreadsheets and databases to ensure accurate and organized records of customer and departmental daily administrative tasks to support department operations including tracking production job status inventory levels and work in progress to meet customer and company with international customers and cross-functional teams including wholesale logistics laboratory finance regulatory and operations to ensure effective communication and promptly and professionally to customer inquiries requests and other customer-related credits through the Finance department and ensure accurate manage and distribute necessary laboratory and product documentation to customers as and maintain account reports whenever the inventory organization and global distribution of promotional materials POP displays and marketing collateral to support international sales and ship product samples promotional items and related documentation using the shipping manager application including creating manual invoices when sound judgment strong organizational skills and the ability to make effective independent with ad hoc projects.
