This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy well-respected practice supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Join an established team of 3 Internal Medicine physicians 1 Internal Medicine APP 2 Family Medicine physicians and a PRN Internal Medicine PA
- Staffing includes 1:1 MA support a daytime regional RN triage team and an evening RN triage team managing after-hours calls.
- Onsite services include lab and x-ray.
- Specialists rotating into the clinic include Podiatry Neurology Sleep Medicine and Orthopedics with a behavioral health clinic located upstairs.
- Delivercomprehensive patient-centered primary care including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services to improve the health and well-being of the community.
- Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients managing specialized consultations inpatient admissions and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
- Leador actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.
- Maintaincomplete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance accurate records and support the financial integrity of the practice.
- Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
