• Deliver high-quality patient-centered care through accurate diagnosis treatment and follow-up

  Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless patient transitions including effective discharge planning

• Drive quality and cost-effective care initiatives that improve patient outcomes and overall system performance

• Maintain timely accurate documentation to support clinical care compliance and reimbursement requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Certified Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing preferred.

Education:

• Masters degree of Nursing required.

2-4 years experience preferred.
