Duties & Responsibilities

Provide medical consultations for adult patients in an inpatient Psychiatric setting treating non-behavioral health conditions such as sore throats rashes diabetes and medication consults.
Cover emergency department medical consults as needed.
Perform daily inpatient rounding on a 20-bed unit.
Collaborate with mid-level providers social workers and nursing staff.
Maintain full-time onsite coverage Monday through Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (no telehealth).
