Job Summary
GSOC Watch Officer (Intelligence Analyst)Location: Annapolis MDPosition OverviewReporting to the Embedded Intelligence Services (EIS) GSOC Intelligence Manager the GSOC Watch Officer (Intelligence Analyst) plays a critical role in delivering real-time intelligence and operational support within the clients Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).This position directly supports the clients global risk management program by monitoring emerging threats assessing impact and enabling informed decision-making. The role is based in Crisis24s Annapolis office and operates on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule including nights weekends and holidays. Occasional travel may be ResponsibilitiesMonitor global events security incidents and Crisis24 intelligence feeds to identify and assess risks to client personnel assets and operationsRespond to incidents and crisis situations applying sound judgment in accordance with established SOPsTrack and support travel risk management including monitoring high-risk destinations and conducting traveler check-insEscalate time-sensitive intelligence and risk updates to client stakeholdersProduce clear concise written and verbal intelligence assessments leveraging OSINT and internal resourcesDeliver briefings to client security teams and business leadersTriage and respond to client requests ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information and supportMaintain situational awareness of the clients global footprint to anticipate emerging risks and requirementsCollaborate with internal GSOC teams to ensure seamless operations and information sharingSupport the development and continuous improvement of client-specific processes protocols and deliverablesMaintain operational metrics and contribute to regular reporting requirementsAssist in the development of briefings reports and client-facing materialsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholdersProvide surge support during high-tempo or crisis-driven operationsPerform additional responsibilities in support of the client program as requiredQualificationsEducationBachelors degree requiredAdvanced degree or equivalent experience preferredExperience24 years of experience in intelligence analysis threat assessment incident response or a related fieldSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex fast-moving situationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills including briefing senior stakeholdersExperience with OSINT collection and analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)Familiarity with mapping and geospatial tools (e.g. Google Earth Google Maps)Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and with clientsForeign language skills and international experience are a plusCustomer-facing experience preferredAdditional RequirementsAvailability to work a 24/7 rotating schedule including overnight weekend and holiday shiftsFlexibility to adapt to changing operational demandsWillingness to travel domestically or internationally as neededCompensation: This role offers a base salary range of $62000 $67000 USD depending on experience skills and qualifications.
