The GSOC supports the organizations incident and crisis management intelligence analysis travel security and security operations full-time role will be fully remote though there is a preference for Nashville TN or Annapolis MD. The contract term length is 12-months with potential for annual renewal. The expected shift rotation will be rotating daytime 12-hour weekend shifts 7am - 7pm rotating US holiday shifts and rotating day and swing shifts. Occasional overnight shifts 7pm-7am are required. Shift times are subject to role is suited for candidates with strong research and professional writing skills and with previous experience in or a strong interest in global security geopolitics intelligence and investigations. The successful candidate will be a strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work to tight deadlines. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment and communicating clearly and professionally with a wide range of You Will Work OnMonitor and respond to threats and crisis situations using independent judgment and professional training aligned with client standard operating procedures (SOPs)Monitor relevant intelligence and incident alerts and assess client impact on travelers assets and operationsLeverage intelligence platforms and use open-source intelligence techniques to identify and assess threats to the timely and relevant intelligence to client succinct written and oral assessments with beneficial various client requests and ensure that stakeholders get the information and services they require in a timely persons of interest (POI) investigations and other open-source investigative in producing briefings presentations communication documents or client metrics and produce regular liaise with the client to better understand their requirements and consistently engaged daily with duties as assigned within the scope of the dedicated client You Will Work WithThe embedded GSOC Intelligence Analyst will be part of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) team supporting the delivery of operational security monitoring incident response crisis management and intelligence analysis. The role will work closely with Security Operations leaders and other members of the companys Security function as well as employees and key stakeholders across the organization. The GSOC will have a mix of personnel from the client Crisis24 and potentially other You Will Bring14 years of relevant experience in security operations intelligence investigations or a related research analytical and professional writing skills with the ability to deliver clear accurate and timely output in a fast-paced written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and professionally to a range of experience in or a strong interest in global security geopolitics intelligence or ability to assess information exercise sound judgement and escalate issues appropriately in support of security operations and incident response.A sound understanding of threat-related issues in a corporate or operational environment and the ability to make balanced business-relevant organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities meet deadlines and perform effectively under interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a in using a range of systems and technology to support operational monitoring communication and stakeholder engagement.A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline such as International Relations Security Studies Intelligence Criminology or a related field.
