About the Opportunity
Brightway Insurance is hiring a licensed Insurance Sales Agent on behalf of Brightway The Johnson Agency a Super Elite agency in Houston TX. This is a hybrid role with full-time in-office training for the first 30 days transitioning to a hybrid schedule afterward.
What Youll Do
- Sell Property & Casualty personal lines insurance using a consultative sales approach
- Work an established book of business to start then build new referral partner relationships within the community
- Identify and engage potential customers through established lead-generation methods
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for new business quotes and policy issuance
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience required
- Active Property & Casualty license required at hire
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a consultative solutions-oriented sales approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
