Qualifications:
- Able to work with small children
- Proficient in elementary school level math spelling reading and English usage
- Good computer skills
- Assist teacher as needed / Supervision duties as needed
- Ability to take initiative and be self-directed
- Ability to conduct small reading groups under teacher direction
- Ability to discipline with dignity
- Must qualify or be able to meet standard for highly qualified para-professional
Requirements:

Two (2) years of college coursework or Associates Degree (May be waived pending successful performance on skills test administered by the District)
