Job Summary
Job Title:Installation / Infrastructure SME
Location: Washington D.C(Hybrid or remote work model subject to customer direction)
Project Duration: 10 12 months.
Need to have or obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust / MBI
Role Summary
The Installation / Infrastructure SME will coordinate environment readiness deployment support infrastructure coordination and technical onboarding activities in alignment with internal and Microsoft infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support deployment coordination and environment validation
- Assist with telephony and infrastructure readiness activities
- Coordinate with Internal and Microsoft infrastructure teams
- Support release planning and production deployment activities
- Assist with issue resolution during migration and stabilization phases
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure or deployment activities
- Familiarity with IVR/contact center environments
- Understanding of telephony and infrastructure coordination
- Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft/Azure environments
- Experience in regulated or public sector programs
