Based in Vancouver WA the primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representatives is to provide support and develop relationships with our customers and sales teams. Youll provide the highest degree of customer service and respond to inquiries from customers and Account Managers by accurately and efficiently processing requests for price delivery returns order status order expedites product literature and technical assistance. This position should work with a high attention to detail sense of urgency excellent organization skills and a positive demeanor.
