Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls take messages and relay information accurately.
- Manage reservations check-ins and check-outs in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services and amenities.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area including lobby and waiting areas.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and correspondence.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
