Job Summary
Job Purpose:
The purpose of theInside Sales Professional (ISP)is toidentifyand serve the needs of our customersassistthem in obtaining products or information and provide excellent customer service while filling the many needs of customers
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Process customer orders received in person (at the sales counter) or by phonefaxand E-Commerce to include company transfers and delivery request
Locate partsequipmentand supplies for our customers from various sources.
Support long term business relationships with our customers to help promote sales growth and gain acceptance
Assistin warehouse duties which include pulling customer orders and putting away stock while occasionallyoperatinga forklift
Promote new and existing productsupgradesand services to our customers
Assistcustomers with technical support and problem solving
Identifyprospective/future customers through store or phone sales and communicate prospects to sales team (Territory Managers or Account Executives)
Maintain professional atmosphere of sales facility by restocking andmaintainingboth showroom shelves and product displays
Process warranties
Process Cycle Counts andassistinmaintainingaccuracy of physical inventory
Make occasional deliveries usingsitevehicle
Participate in after-hours On Call and Training classes
Work overtime as assigned
Work cooperatively with others
Comply withall company policies and procedures
Maintain regularpunctualand reliable physical attendance

While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; lay on the floor; use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. The employee may work in environments as cold as 20 degrees or as hot as 105 degrees. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision color visionperipheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years customer service and/or sales experience
2 years experience in the HVAC industry preferred
Proficient in computers including MS Office
Forklift experience
Possess a valid drivers license
Possess a satisfactory driving record asdeterminedby Company Driver Policies
Qualify for and remain insurable under Company liability insurance policy
Qualify under federal andstateregulations to drive the vehicle in question
TravelRequirement:
5%travel to branches and other operating companiesrequiringsome overnight stay travel to industry related conferences and training requiring some extended stay
