Job Description:

As Inside Sales you will play a crucial role in our sales team responsible for engaging with potential customers past customers and existing clients through phone calls to drive sales and provide exceptional service. Your ability to communicate effectively understand customer needs and close sales will be vital to our organizations success.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound phone calls to potential customers past customers and existing clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

• Booking product demonstrations.

• Handle inbound calls from existing clients answer their questions resolve issues and provide advice on products/services.

• Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships with potential customers past customers and existing clientsidentifyingadditionalsales opportunities and fostering brand loyalty.

• Actively listen to customers needs to recommend suitable solutions that meet their requirements.

• Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions in our CRM system.

• Achieve individual and teamsales objectives meeting monthly sales quotas from potential customers past customers and existing clients.

• Stay updated on company products/services and communicate relevant updates to customers.

• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to resolve issues and enhancethe customerexperience for potential customers past customers and existing clients.

Requirements:

• Previousexperience in telephone sales and/or customer service is highly desirable.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and achieve sales quotas.

• Skill in handling objections professionally and persuasively.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

• Basic knowledge of computer tools and CRM systems.

• Friendly patient and customer-oriented attitude.

• Organizational skills self-discipline and time management abilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift carry and move 50 pounds or more on occasion.

• Mustbe able to travel.
