About the Role
As the Inside Sales Coordinator you will be the primary point of contact for our customers responsible for preparing quotes processing orders and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams. You will play a vital role in shaping the customers perception of our company through timely communication accuracy and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary customer contact for quotes orders and service inquiries
Enter and manage orders using our ERP/MRP systems including generating acknowledgments packing slips shipping documents and invoices
Review and ensure compliance with customer order terms and conditions
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales purchasing production planning and other teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
Maintain clear and accurate records of all order-related documentation
Support and back up other team members and assist sales as needed
What Were Looking For
Must be a U.S. citizen
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
2 years of experience in customer service or sales support
Knowledge of government contracts is a plus
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications
Experience in a make-to-order manufacturing environment strongly preferred
Skills & Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong analytical planning and time management skills
Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and grow with the role
