Inside Sales

Universal Stainless is a specialty steel producer supplying technically advanced materials to the aerospace automotive energy medical and electronics markets.

We are looking for an Inside Sales representative to complete our team. The ideal candidate will be energetic positive and an organized professional who is able to effectively create relationships within the specialty steel market.

Essential Job Functions:

Interaction with customers to submit offerings enter orders and support order fulfillment as well as:

• Provide quotations - Price and Delivery Analysis
• Provide customer status reports as needed
• Perform all aspects of order entry
• Prepare customer invoices
• Perform contract purchase order review
• Develop knowledge of products processing and specifications
• Work together with outside sales personnel
• Interact with production and mill personnel
• Perform all customer service-related functions
• No cold calling required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve targets

Education:

• Business School or Associates Degree Preferred
