Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics companyoperatingasDePuy Synthes.The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview

The Manager VRAS LCM Projectsplays a critical role in advancingvalue reimbursement access and lifecycle management (LCM)strategies across the DePuy Synthes portfolio. This role partners closely with Marketing Health Economics & Market Access Sales Finance and othercrossfunctionalteams to ensure lifecycle initiatives are strategically plannedwellgoverned and effectively executed. The position offers high visibility meaningful commercial impact and the opportunity to influence how innovative orthopedic solutions reach patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage VRASrelated lifecycle management (LCM) projects across assigned product portfolios ensuring alignment with commercial and marketing strategies.

  • Partner with Marketing Market Access Sales Finance and other stakeholders to develop and execute value and reimbursement strategies throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Coordinate crossfunctional planning timelines and deliverables to support launches inmarket optimization and endoflife activities.

  • Develop business cases project plans and performance metrics to track progress risks and outcomes of LCM initiatives.

  • Ensure projectscomply withinternal governance quality and regulatory requirements while supporting commercialobjectives.

  • Analyze market reimbursement and competitive dynamics to inform lifecycle and access strategies.

  • Communicate project status insights and recommendations to senior leaders and crossfunctional partners.

  • Drive continuous improvement byidentifyingopportunities to streamline processes and enhance crossfunctional collaboration.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required:Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Business Marketing Health Economics Life Sciences or a related field.

  • Preferred:Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) or advanced degree in a related discipline.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 68 years of relevant experience in marketing commercial strategy market access reimbursement or lifecycle management within healthcare medical devices or pharmaceuticals.

  • Demonstrated experience leading crossfunctional projects and managing complex initiatives in a matrix environment.

  • Strong analytical problemsolving and business planning skills.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including senior leadership.

  • Solid understanding of commercialization product lifecycle management and healthcare market dynamics.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting value reimbursement or access strategies in the U.S. healthcare system.

  • Background in orthopedic surgical or medical technology markets.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and formal project governance processes.

  • Experience working with global or regional teams across geographies.

Other

  • Language:English (fluent).Additionallanguages are a plus.

  • Travel:Up to 20% primarily domestic.

  • Certifications:Project management or healthcarerelated certifications preferred but not.
