Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Innovation this role you will be responsible for identifying and implementing new ideas and strategies to drive growth and improve our processes. You will work closely with our executive team and other departments to develop and execute innovative solutions that will set us apart from our competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the construction industry

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement an innovation strategy

- Lead brainstorming sessions and idea generation with cross-functional teams

- Develop business plans and proposals for new projects and initiatives

- Manage and oversee the implementation of new ideas and projects

- Monitor and analyze the success of implemented innovations and make adjustments as needed

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitors activities

- Identify and pursue potential partnerships and collaborations to further drive innovation

- Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of innovation efforts

- Present progress and results to the executive team and provide recommendations for future initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the construction industry

- Strong understanding of market trends and emerging technologies

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative ideas and projects

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
