Manage and maintain Windows Server environments ensuring high availability and performance.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Windows infrastructure.
Implement and manage security measures to protect the infrastructure from vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to support infrastructure related projects and initiatives.
Document processes procedures and configurations for infrastructure management.
Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for infrastructure needs.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end users.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to infrastructure management.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Windows Administration.
Proficiency in managing Windows Server environments ().
Experience with Active Directory Group Policy and DNS management.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware Hyper V).
Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS Azure).
Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python).
Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Certifications such as MCSA MCSE or equivalent are a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
