THE WORK:
  • Youll prepare comprehensive scopes and RFPs

  • Youll have strong knowledge of manufacturing lines including electrical & mechanical systems

  • Youll create and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence RFIs Change Orders etc.

  • Youll motivate develop and maintain subcontractor interest in the project(s)

  • Youll administer the Construction Contract from inception through construction to project closeout

  • Youll prepare and manage project budgets

  • Youll manage and administrate payment application documents

  • Youll interface with local building department to obtain necessary permits and coordinate project close-out with building and engineering officials

  • Youll manage construction scheduling and sequencing anticipate long lead items and recognize critical paths

  • Youll advise the client regarding the Construction Contract and all related matters of the Project

  • Youll verify and validate the General Contractor receipt of OFCI equipment

  • Youll monitor and enforce the health and safety requirements onsite

  • Youll schedule and conduct Owner Architect and CM meetings prepare and distribute minutes of these meetings

  • Youll hold weekly production and/or safety meetings

  • Youll review Jobsite progress with an eye toward quality conformance to drawings and specifications etc.

  • Youll report to senior leadership on all cost schedule risk and quality issues

  • Youll perform additional duties as assigned

Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
With all our roles there is some in-person time for collaboration learning and building relationships with clients peers leaders and communities. As an employer we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERES WHAT YOULL NEED:
  • Bachelors degree in engineering construction or a related field is a plus
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Direct data center development experienceExperience working in hyper-scale data centers is a plus
  • Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques methods and materials. Outstanding negotiating skills
  • Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Project Word Excel Outlook Organized and detail oriented
$145000 - $165000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors which may include but are not limited to the specific office location role skill set and level of experience. As required by local law Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois Maine Minnesota California Colorado District of Columbia Maryland Massachusetts New York New Jersey Ohio Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
