Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized Information Processing Specialist to join our remote administrative this role you will be responsible for processing reviewing organizing and maintaining business and project-related information that supports engineering operational and client service activities. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail excellent computer skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process verify and maintain electronic records reports and project documentation.
  • Review information for completeness accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Enter update and organize data within company databases and document management systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of project files technical reports and operational records.
  • Maintain confidential information and ensure proper document security procedures are followed.
  • Support engineering and administrative teams by providing accurate information and documentation.
  • Generate routine reports and assist with information tracking and record retention activities.
  • Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections when necessary.
  • Communicate with internal departments to obtain verify and update information.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in information processing records management administration or document control preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and database systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
