Units must consist of the following core classes:Child Growth & DevelopmentChild Family & Community or Child & Family RelationsECE/CD Programs/Curriculum coursesFor positions in our Infant/Toddler classroom candidates must have 3 units of Infant/Toddler Development Associate Teacher Permit or higher at the time of hire; candidates who do not possess the permit must qualify for and submit an application for the permit within 60 days of their start 6 months related experience with children ages 0-5 years of on the department assigned a valid California drivers license a current DMV driving record and proof of insurance may be required to fulfill job-related travel.
