Location: The Learning Experience - Franklin MA
Pay: $21-$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday
- Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe nurturing and engaging classroom environment
- Assist with daily infant care routines including feeding diapering bottle preparation and nap schedules
- Build positive relationships with infants through attentive and responsive caregiving
- Support age-appropriate activities that encourage cognitive social-emotional language and physical development
- Maintain a clean organized and sanitary classroom environment
- Observe and support childrens developmental progress
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing health and safety requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience working with infants toddlers or young children preferred
- EEC Teacher Certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient nurturing and dependable personality
- Ability to lift carry and actively engage with young children throughout the day
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements
