Industrial Maintenance Technician New Oxford, PA

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Organize and facilitate the coordination of maintenance work and the resolution of technical problems

• Draft control and report timelines and action plans for different kinds of projects

• Communicate project progress constantly to the Head of Facility Management and set alerts if necessary

• Assist in taking over defined projects in the field of Facility Management

• Maintain close contact with internal and external stakeholders including construction companies and external service companies

• Prepare and provide support in setting up RFQ based on given frameworks facilitating decision-making processes

• Coordinate the deployment of resources such as technicians suppliers and other contract partners

• Conduct research and monitor compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations

• Administer and coordinate relocations ensuring a smooth transition

• Document all relevant information and processes related to project management and facility coordination

What will convince us:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Experience in Facility Management Engineering or related field

• 2 years work experience in Facility Management

• Project management skills

• Good communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
