Shyft6 is hiring Industrial Associates in Fall River MA!
We are seeking dependable hardworking individuals for multiple opportunities in food manufacturing production packaging warehousing and related departments. We welcome candidates with experience in food production restaurants commercial kitchens warehouse operations or other hands-on roles.

Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation mixing blending filling and packaging.
Support production line and warehouse operations.
Handle ingredients materials and finished products.
Follow sanitation procedures.
Operate equipment when properly trained and authorized.
Maintain clean work areas and meet daily production goals.
Work with team members to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
Qualifications
Reliable motivated and willing to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the assigned role.
Previous experience in food manufacturing restaurants packaging warehousing or material handling is a plus but not required for all positions.

Minimum of one year of related experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English required. Training experience and OSHA safety background highly desirable. Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond to critical incidents required. Ability to train and coach employees in a fast-paced environment.
