As a In House Marketing Manageryou will be collaborating with the on-property Marketing teams and Sales leadership to drive efficiencies and increase revenue for Hilton Grand Vacations with a focus on on-site Owners and Guests.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and leading site initiatives for the Marketing team to achieve targeted sales and service
- Staffs and manages the teams talent including training communicating mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach maximum performance
- Develops maintains and monitors individual and group performance reports of the on-property team
- Completes other duties and tasks as assigned by management

To fulfill this role successfully you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

- To fulfill this role successfully you should have the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Able to work flexible schedules including mornings evenings weekends and holidays
- Minimum 1 year of timeshare experience
- Minimum 1 year of people management experience
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Timeshare Marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations
