Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of vacation ownership marketing experience

• Previous In-House Marketing Manager or higher leadership experience required

Position Overview

The In-House Marketing Manager will oversee daily marketing operations lead and develop the resorts In-House Marketing team and maximize qualified tour production.

This individual will work closely with Sales Leadership to maintain consistent tour flow identify opportunities for growth strengthen team performance and deliver an exceptional owner and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead motivate coach and develop the In-House Marketing team

• Recruit train and retain high-performing marketing professionals

• Drive consistent qualified tour production and achieve established performance targets

• Actively participate in booking and production initiatives

• Partner with resort and Sales Leadership to maximize tour opportunities

• Monitor daily production conversion metrics and team performance

• Implement strategies to improve efficiency productivity and overall results

• Ensure compliance with company policies and tour qualification guidelines
