• Running warm scheduled in-home appointments from company-generated appointments to ones you set up yourself
• Selling with tools that do the work for you: our tablet system shows room visualizations pricing and product info on the spot
• Owning the whole client relationship from first hello to referral request
• Actively networking to grow your pipeline building ongoing relationships with builders designers realtors and past clients so referrals become a steady second income stream

• 2 years of outside sales in-home sales or another high-trust face-to-face sales role

• Comfortable with a tablet-based sales process (well train you on the specifics)
• Valid drivers license and the flexibility to work some evenings/weekends around appointments
