Cornerstone Caregiving is looking for a reliable compassionate and dependable caregiver to join our team and provide quality care to a client in their home.
Monday Friday
8:00 AM 4:00 PM
40 hours per week
WHAT YOULL DO:
Provide compassionate one-on-one care
Assist with daily activities and personal needs as appropriate
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Follow the clients care plan
Communicate any concerns to the Cornerstone team
Complete required care notes and documentation
