In Home-Caregiver (Bilingual-Spanish)

Position Summary:
The Caregiver provides compassionate non-medical care and support to clients in their homes helping them maintain their independence safety and quality of life.

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing dressing grooming and mobility assistance.

• Provide companionship and emotional support.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.

• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry washing dishes changing linens and maintaining a clean environment.

• Accompany clients to appointments errands and community activities.

• Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition or well-being.

• Follow the clients care plan and company policies.

• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and family members.

• Compassionate reliable and patient.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous Caregivingexperience is required.

• Ability to pass background screening and meet company hiring requirements.

• Reliable transportation is preferred.
