About the Role
We are seeking an energetic client-focused Implementation Specialist (Project Consultant) to support the delivery of our SaaS platform for new and existing customers.
This is a hands-on functional implementation rolenot a pure project management positionwhere you will work directly with clients to translate business processes into system configurations and deliver successful implementations as part of a collaborative project team.
Youll operate in a team-based delivery model owning specific workstreams while contributing to end-to-end implementation success across multiple projects.
What Youll Do
Drive Implementation Delivery
- Execute end-to-end SaaS implementations alongside a cross-functional project team
- Own assigned workstreams and deliverables with accountability for quality scope and timelines
Lead Client Discovery & Solution Design
- Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business processes and operational needs
- Translate requirements into functional system configurations and solution designs
Configure & Implement Systems
- Configure system components including master data workflows and user roles
- Validate configurations and ensure accuracy across implementation deliverables
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with Product Engineering QA and Professional Services teams to deliver solutions
- Translate business needs into actionable technical inputs (e.g. reporting integrations)
Support Testing Training & Go-Live
- Participate in UAT and validate system functionality
- Lead or support client training and post-go-live adoption
Contribute to Continuous Improvement
- Create documentation including configurations and process flows
- Support scoping estimation and planning for new implementations
