Job Summary
At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time ICS Program Managerto guide the appropriate support services for our clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in Northeast North Carolina. There is regular travel involved in the position from the Greenville service area to the Outer Banks service area.
The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership development implementation and operational management of assigned ICS programs. This position ensures high-quality person-centered service delivery; regulatory compliance; fiscal oversight; and effective supervision of staff in accordance with Easterseals PORT Health policies values and strategic objectives.

Work Schedule: Full-time salaried position. Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

What Were Looking For
- Bachelors Degree from a college or university accredited by an entity approved by USDOE or CHEA
- Must have qualifications to be credentialed as a Qualified Professional;
- Have a valid North Carolina drivers license good driving record and insurability is required.
- Must have reliable transportation that will allow movement throughout the program delivery area.
