Position Summary
STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an IAM Program Manager on behalf of our client in Charlotte NC / Chandler AZ / Irving TX / Iselin NJ. This role is ideal for an experienced program leader with deep expertise in enterprise-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives governance and stakeholder engagement. The selected candidate will oversee complex IAM programs drive strategic execution across multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with organizational security and compliance objectives.
This opportunity requires a seasoned professional who excels at leading large-scale advisory-focused security programs collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering executive-level reporting and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and governance across multiple IAM workstreams and enterprise initiatives.
Lead end-to-end program planning including scope management milestones dependencies and delivery timelines.
Ensure IAM programs are aligned with defined objectives enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee multiple project managers and parallel workstreams to ensure consistent execution and successful delivery.
Establish governance forums stakeholder meetings and steering committee sessions to drive program alignment.
Identify track and mitigate program-level risks dependencies and cross-functional impacts.
Drive consistency in consultative engagement models and advisory-focused IAM initiatives.
Provide oversight for IAM-related remediation migration cleanup and segregation efforts.
Partner with IAM architects security teams SMEs and business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
Deliver executive-level dashboards reports presentations and status updates.
Support prioritization and sequencing of IAM initiatives across enterprise teams.
Mentor delivery leads and project managers while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with security compliance audit platform and application teams.
Escalate critical risks blockers and scope-related concerns to executive leadership when required.
Required Qualifications
12 years of experience in Program Management preferably within enterprise security or IAM environments.
Proven experience leading large-scale IAM programs or security advisory initiatives.
Strong expertise in program governance stakeholder management and enterprise delivery oversight.
Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent workstreams across cross-functional teams.
Excellent executive communication presentation and client engagement skills.
Strong problem-solving dependency management and risk mitigation capabilities.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive collaboration across large organizations.
