Tekberry is seeking a detail-oriented Data Aide 3 to support our client within the School of Medicine. This role is responsible for entering validating and maintaining complex data sets while ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills exceptional attention to detail and experience working with electronic medical records preferably Epic.

Responsibilities
Enter data from source documents into electronic systems while ensuring accuracy and completeness
Verify audit and reconcile data to maintain integrity across databases
Maintain existing databases and establish procedures to support data quality and consistency
Develop tools forms and guidelines to facilitate efficient data collection and reporting
Identify and analyze complex data patterns inconsistencies and discrepancies
Integrate data from multiple sources as needed
Utilize computer applications and databases to manipulate track and report data
Work directly with data providers to clarify ambiguities and resolve inconsistencies
Conduct audits of personal work and the work of others to ensure adherence to established procedures
Apply appropriate formulas applications and reporting methods based on data requirements
Provide administrative support related to data management activities as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma GED or equivalent required
Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 1 2 years of relevant experience in data entry healthcare administration research support or database management
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software systems
Ability to exercise sound judgment and basic analytical reasoning skills
Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Epic experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting clinical healthcare or research environments
Experience maintaining databases and conducting data quality reviews
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare documentation practices
Bachelors degree in Health Information Management Healthcare Administration Public Health Biology or a related field
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Hybrid work arrangement with onsite responsibilities at Stanford School of Medicine
Extensive computer use involving prolonged periods of sitting and keyboarding
Frequent interaction with databases and electronic systems
Occasional telephone communication and administrative support activities
Must maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all applicable privacy requirements
