Job Summary
- Understand stakeholder needs and facilitate requirements gathering sessions
- Coordination and facilitation of meetings for business process review
- Create and maintain an accurate project schedule
- Partner with Subways SMEs to complete required project documentation in line with program standards including but not limited to: scope and schedule functional requirements As-Is and To-Be process flows project status and summary reports
- Documentation mitigation and escalation of project risks and issues as needed
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through Extensibility Framework
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type project
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- In depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM
- 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred
- Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Intermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as needed
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products including Visio
