Role Summary

Our client is a leading HVAC services organization based in Spring Texas. They are seeking a leader who can ensure high-quality installations maintenance and repair services. The role is responsible for overseeing workflow providing technical guidance and driving customer satisfaction across residential and commercial projects.

Mandatory Requirements

• Overall experience range: 3 to 8 years of hands-on HVAC experience including at least 12 years in a supervisory or Lead Technician role.
• Valid EPA Universal Certification and a current Texas TDLR Technician or Contractor License.
• Expertise in residential and light commercial HVAC systems including heat pumps gas furnaces and high-efficiency air conditioning units.
• Must have experience in: Construction Specialty Trades Mechanical / HVAC HVAC and Manufacturing HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers).
• Must hold AABC or NEBB certification.

MUST-HAVE INDUSTRIES: Candidates must have experience working in one or more of the following industries: Construction Specialty Trades Mechanical / HVAC HVAC Manufacturing HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers)

Compensation Details

Salary: USD $30.00 $40.00 per hour

Variable Compensation

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations ensuring high standards for installations maintenance and repair services.
• Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch activities to maximize operational efficiency throughout the Greater Houston area.
• Train and mentor junior technicians in technical competencies safety procedures and customer service best practices.
• Serve as the escalation point for customer concerns providing technical explanations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Criteria

Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of overall professional experience.

Employment Stability: Minimum tenure of 1 year per employer.

Required Education / Specialization

• Bachelors degree is preferred but not required. (Nice to have)
