Role Summary
Our client is a leading HVAC services organization based in Spring Texas. They are seeking a leader who can ensure high-quality installations maintenance and repair services. The role is responsible for overseeing workflow providing technical guidance and driving customer satisfaction across residential and commercial projects.
Mandatory Requirements
Overall experience range: 3 to 8 years of hands-on HVAC experience including at least 12 years in a supervisory or Lead Technician role.
Valid EPA Universal Certification and a current Texas TDLR Technician or Contractor License.
Expertise in residential and light commercial HVAC systems including heat pumps gas furnaces and high-efficiency air conditioning units.
Must have experience in: Construction Specialty Trades Mechanical / HVAC HVAC and Manufacturing HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers).
Must hold AABC or NEBB certification.
MUST-HAVE INDUSTRIES: Candidates must have experience working in one or more of the following industries: Construction Specialty Trades Mechanical / HVAC HVAC Manufacturing HVAC Equipment (Chillers/Boilers)
Compensation Details
Salary: USD $30.00 $40.00 per hour

Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of overall professional experience.
Employment Stability: Minimum tenure of 1 year per employer.
Required Education / Specialization
