HVAC Technician

Description:

We areseekinga dependable and mechanically skilled HVAC Technician to join their team through the busy air conditioning season with the potential to transition into a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing troubleshooting repairing and installing residential HVAC and air conditioning systems along with strong mechanical and problem-solving skills. HVAC and EPA certifications are preferred/requiredas applicable. Excellent customer service and communication skills are important as the technician will work directly with homeowners in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC system service maintenance and repairs in residential settings

• Install new air conditioning and heating systems according to company standards

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC units

• Maintain a clean professional appearance and respectful attitude while working in client homes

• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and respond to questions

• Adhere to all safety protocols andcomply withEPA regulations

Requirements:

• Valid HVAC certificationrequired

• EPA Certificationrequired

• Previoushands-on experience with air conditioner service and installation preferred

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service skills with polite and professional demeanor

• Clean-cut and presentable appearance suitable for working in private homes

• Willingness to work as a team member and learn new skills
