• Shift / Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Overtime: Overtime applicable

This is a client-facing in-person HVAC Technician role covering a parental leave absence with potential for extension. The working environment is primarily independent with some teamwork required.

• Complete daily work orders
• Changing filters
• Painting/patching
• Light plumbing
• General maintenance
• Light electrical

• General maintenance skills
• Basic electrical
• Basic plumbing
• Light carpentry
• Good customer service skills
• Tablet experience
• Basic computer experience including Outlook

• Commercial door maintenance skills
• Specific past experience in either electrical or plumbing

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred
• Forklift and safety certifications would be a plus

• 5 years of commercial or residential multi-family experience

• Must meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping standing walking and climbing stairs/ladders
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
