• Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

This is an onsite client-facing HVAC Technician role supporting commercial facilities. The position involves mostly independent work with some teamwork covering daily maintenance operations across the facility.

• Complete daily work orders
• Changing filters
• Painting/patching
• Light plumbing
• General maintenance
• Light electrical

• General maintenance skills
• Basic electric
• Basic plumbing
• Light carpentry

• Commercial door maintenance skills
• Specific past experience in either Electric or plumbing

• Good customer service skills
• Tablet experience
• Basic computer experience (Outlook)

• Fork lift certification
• Safety certifications
• Trade school training

• High school diploma or GED required
• Trade school preferred

• 5 years of commercial or residential multi-family experience

• Must meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping standing and walking
• Climbing stairs and ladders required
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
• Client-facing role
• Overtime expected
• Background check with drug screen required (CBRE Safety Specific)
