Hammond Services is growing and were looking for dependable HVAC Maintenance Technicians who want to build a long-term career with one of Georgias most respected Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical companies.

In this role youll perform preventative maintenance system inspections and tune-ups on residential and light commercial HVAC systems while continuing to develop your technical skills through ongoing training and mentorship. This position is ideal for technicians who already have some field experience and are ready to take the next step in their career.

What Youll Do

Perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Complete seasonal tune-ups and system inspections.
Identify maintenance concerns and recommend necessary repairs.
Accurately document work performed using company software.
Communicate professionally with customers while providing outstanding service.
Work safely and follow all company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with fellow technicians and management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What Youll Bring

Minimum of 6 months of hands-on HVAC field experience required.
Experience performing preventative maintenance and HVAC tune-ups.
EPA Certification (Type I II III or Universal) preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record (minimum driving age of 22).
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Strong communication professionalism and customer service skills.
Willingness to continue learning and advance within the company.
Ability to work overtime as needed during peak seasons.
