The Global Talent Development and Employee Experience (GTD&EE) Talent Development organization is currently seeking a Human ResourcesTalent Development Senior Managerto join our team in Seattle WA; Auburn WA; Everett WA; Renton WA; Tukwila WA; North Charleston SC; or Berkeley MO. This position will serve as a senior talent and learning strategist supporting Boeing Corporate Functions including Human Resources Information Digital Technology and Security Law and Global Compliance Finance and Corporate Audit Communications and Government Operations.

This role partners closely with Corporate Function leaders and Human Resources leaders to translate business strategy and workforce priorities into effective talent learning and employee experience initiatives that drive current performance and build capability for the future.

Acting as a key liaison between HR leadership and GTD&EE this position represents GTD&EEs talent development strategy and capabilities to the business while bringing business priorities emerging workforce needs and insights back to GTD&EE. The Talent Development Senior Manager integrates resources and programs across talent management learning and development employee feedback workforce planning and talent acquisition to advance a cohesive and pragmatic talent agenda aligned with enterprise priorities.

The position is responsible for identifying and prioritizing talent capability needs critical to the organizations supporting GTD&EE strategy and investments and ensuring enterprise HR solutions are effectively applied in partnership with business HR teams. This role leads a team of talent partners focused on execution and creating a consistent simplified experience for business and HR stakeholders impacting workforce capability engagement talent pipeline health and the successful delivery of HR initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) / HR leadership and Boeing functional leaders as a strategic partner focused on talent and learning in support of business objectives

  • Develop and help execute integrated talent and learning plans aligned to functional priorities workforce needs and enterprise GTD&EE strategy

  • Lead a team of talent development partners responsible for implementing HR Communities of Excellence (COE) programs and solutions alongside business HR partners

  • Coordinate across HR disciplines to deliver integrated talent and employee experience solutions that meet business needs

  • Advise on talent management succession planning leadership development engagement employee listening workforce planning and people analytics

  • Support the adaptation and execution of HR policies programs and standards impacting workforce capabilities and culture

  • Monitor implementation progress measure adoption and identify gaps or risks working with leaders to address issues proactively

  • Partner actively with business leaders to prioritize HR solutions based on strategic business impact workforce risks and operational considerations

  • Provide business input to GTD&EE strategy and program design to ensure alignment with functional needs

  • Influence prioritization of talent initiatives based on priorities and workforce insights

  • Recommend adjustments to program execution to optimize business effectiveness

  • Promote consistent application of corporate talent development and employee experience standards

  • Participate in change management and governance activities for HR initiatives

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

  • 5 years of experience in strategy and/or project management

  • 3 years of experience in Human Resources

  • 3 years of Change Management experience

  • 3 years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Leadership experience in HR or talent development in a complex matrixed organization

  • Experience partnering with senior business and HR leaders

  • Experience working across multiple HR disciplines such as talent management learning engagement workforce planning or analytics
