Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Process employee benefit enrollments changes and terminations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related inquiries
- Monitor and maintain HR compliance requirements postings and employee files
- Assist with leave administration employee communications and HR programs
- Support recruiting efforts and communicate with candidates
- Prepare reports spreadsheets and other HR-related documentation
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies benefits and payroll
- Travel periodically to our dealership locations in Wernersville and Lebanon to support HR operations
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel Word and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel between dealership locations as needed
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Previous administrative payroll customer service or HR experience is a plus
